Re: Postponement of 30 th and 18 th Annual Gathering. 

With reference to the above matter, we wish to inform your troop/coy unit about the postponement of our 30 th and 18 th Annual Gathering. Our Gathering will now be held on the 25 th May 1999. (previously 20 th March 1999)  

Below are the details of our Gathering :-  

Date : 25 th May 1999 
Venue : Red Cresent Hall 
Reporting Time : 0930 hours 
Starting time : 1000 hours 
Theme : World of Fantasy 
Entrance fee : RM 5 
Attire : Full Scout / Guide / Ranges Uniform.

The marching competition will be held at S.M.K. Seri Putera and the reporting time is 0730 hours.  

Outstation schools that is those beyond Perak region are required to make advance payment together with the reply letter while those within the Perak region are to make their payment upon attendance.
