On behalf of our 3^rd & 15^th Coy and 7^th Unit of S.M.K Seri Intan and 14^th Kinta Scout Troop’s of S.M.K Seri Putera’s committee , we would like to survey for sponsor from you / your company .

2. For your information , our 18^th and 30^th Annual Gathering will be held on 20^th March 1999 starting from 10.00 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. The venue is at the Red Crescent Hall . The theme for this gathering is World Of Fantasy .

3. Our target of sponsor is RM 4,000.00. All sponsor may be cash or goods that we need in our gathering .

4. As in all the other gatherings , your company or your name will be advertised in our gathering’s pamplet .
